Be Safe. Feel Safe

As we prepare to return to work at your facilities, one of the biggest concerns for most of us, is that the place of work is safe.

Feeling safe and being safe, however, are two distinct mindsets. While the sense of being safe is enough to set some of us at ease, for the vast majority, actually being safe in the current Pandemic era is of paramount importance. Psychologically stated, feeling safe is just an emotional construct guarding against fear or harm. However, this perception is incapable of proving a guarantee of physical safety when faced with the Pandemic. Both feeling safe and being safe go hand in hand and are not be mutually exclusive!

The only way to validate our feeling of safety centers around implementing a complete plan of action that involves disinfecting and sanitizing our environment. We spend a great proportion of our existence at work, contributing to our collective and communal well-being, and doing so is fundamental to our personal prosperity. We need to be safe to fulfill our citizenry and family obligations and we need to ensure that we can provide continuance well into the future and beyond retirement.

Feeling safe, but not ensuring that our surroundings are safe, is just a band-aid on this otherwise critical moment in history, the results of which could be devastating both in human life and in treasure. Trust D&A to facilitate and ensure your safety!
