At D&A Building Services, we take great pride when one of our important clients achieves a higher level of recognition from industry peers. At this time, we would like to congratulate the team at CP Group, at Northpointe Center’s, Yahrah Blackman, General Manager, Delilah Bray, Property Manager and Paul Carter, Chief Engineer for winning the Boma International award for Suburban Office Low Rise category.
The Northpointe Center consists of three Class A buildings, Northpointe I, Northpointe II and Northpointe IV, with square footage of 336,545 Sq. Ft. and over 80% occupancy rate.
The event took place last Tuesday, June 27th at the BOMA 2023 International conference and Expo in Kansas Missouri where participants gathered to promote advocacy, education, Knowledge, Talent identification and membership. Over 309 exhibitors and 1800 property management professionals from 90 plus chapters from across the United States and 18 international affiliates from countries including Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Brazil, China, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Panama, South Africa, Finland, Indonesia, and Greece, gathered for this once-a-year event.
This award was received on the heels of Boma’s southern conference Toby awards that took place in April 2023 in the city of Orlando, during which Yahrah and her team also won the distinguished designation for Suburban office Park Low-Rise category.
